The Hill is a 100,000+ SF building that over 6 stories, houses 230 student apartment-style suites designed with the live/learn concept as a basis that results in a popular and interesting mixed-use space. It provides a blend of housing, classrooms, lounges, café, and a fitness center thus creating a new student destination on Moravian’s historic Priscilla Payne Hurd Campus.  Designed to complement, but not replicate, Bethlehem’s historic district architecture, the Hill fits discretely into its hillside site. Its program reflects Moravian College’s living/learning approach to education. The Hill can almost be considered a mini-campus in its own right, as it brings together so many elements of campus life together in one address.
