This project consisted of the $13,100,000 renovation of an existing building located at 409 Adams Avenue for Lackawanna College. Completed in 2018, a student dining center was constructed on the upper floor, and on the lower floor, a student-run restaurant, part of the Kiesendahl School of Hospitality at Lackawanna College.

The restaurant is operated and managed by culinary and hospitality students, and under the chef instructors, students create and prepare food and beverage menus, manage inventory, and hire staff, providing them with real-world experience.
