This adaptive reuse of a former library began with a Feasibility Study which included analysis of existing A/E systems, building code compliance, and ADA compliance; establishing the space program and construction budget; documentation of telecommunications and furniture, fixtures and equipment requirements; and formulation of alternative development strategies.

Phase 2 involved complete A/E services for renovation of the building, including interior design and furniture procurement. The student union includes a game room, multipurpose room and cafe, as well as administrative offices and meeting rooms.
