This project is the adaptive reuse of the Lehigh Valley Cold Storage building and its associated former two-story engine and boiler house into 31 market-rate residential units. This construct holds first floor retail and outdoor space in the two-story portion.

This is Lehigh University’s first private-public partnership with a for-profit developer.
