The EAM Mosca Company, already established at 675 Jaycee Drive next door, purchased a run-down, concrete wall warehouse that was formerly paper storage.  hc architects was hired to renovate the 120,000 sf warehouse into a multi-use space.

hc architects created a new entrance façade with a relocated public entrance at the corner.  The entire building exterior was painted and new signage was placed on the façade as well as the site entrance.  The building has a 14,000 SF main office that includes a customer showroom, large training auditorium and a new home for the engineering and customer service departments. 

The 17,000 SF assembly area contains twenty-six stations for machine assembly. The remainder of the warehouse is set up for packaging, parts storage with automation, and machine storage. The warehouse is set up with one drive-in door and eight + active dock doors. There is even a railroad dock and spur in place for future growth.
