This project consisted of 6 buildings in total: two (2) turbine buildings that generated power from a natural gas-powered line, two (2) feed water pump buildings that house the pumping systems that support the turbine buildings, one (1) water treatment building which treats the waste water—which is a by-product from the process of converting the gas to electricity—and an administration building which acts as the control center for all other buildings in the complex.

These buildings were constructed as combination of pre-engineered and stick-built facilities and, like many utilitarian buildings, were light on architectural image but intense on discipline and trade coordination.
